This website popped up right on the socialsecurity.gov website. I needed a name change, and this way sounded easier. Only after paying, did they never pick up the phone, but e mail me, including telling me that I had to go into the SS office in person. then, I obviously asked for a refund. They said my "claim was under investigation," while debiting my account immediately. They also have all my personal information. Plus I am left with a day at the real, live social security office.
