My name is Thuy Vu,I'm currently a T-mobile customer for almost a year.This month I have received my bill and there was an additional charges for $1oo.oo on my bill for 2 lines phone for using their internet.I was surprised what the charges about so I called T-mobile and they told me that because I have been using their internet which I never sign on the contract with them.I told them this is not fair that I have to pay for something that I did not purchased and I want to cancel my service with them,I have 5 phone lines and they will charge me $200.00 per line for the cancellation.I think they try to rip off customer like me who do not know to much english,please do something about this because some of my friends had the same problems too. Thanks!
