Bought a digital camera online using paypal. Before they dispatched the camera I was requested to send a copy of my driving licence to authenticate the transaction. Worried that I was being scammed for identity theft, instead I requested that the transaction be cancelled and raised a dispute with Paypal for a refund. So far I have heard nothing from either party
