I went to drive thru and place order on 1/2/14 around 3:00 am for 1 quesadilla, 1 fiery taco, 1 New Crunch Nacho meal, 1 Fiesta potato & 1 brownie sandwich. When I got home around 3:20 am I started eating dinner but I realized they forgot to put Fiesta Potato & Brownie sandwich. I didn't feel like driving back to get my incomplete order fulfilled. This has happen before but I have never complained. I believe that your manager should make sure their employees ensure that the order is completely accurate before giving the meal to the customers. I feel I have been cheated and the transaction was paid via my Visa ATM from BB&T. I expect to receive full refund for the (2) items that were included in my drive thru order. I made several phone calls to inform Taco Bell of my incomplete order but no one answer the phone. My phone number is (Personal Information Removed) and my email is (Personal Information Removed)

Thanks,
Ivette (Personal Information Removed)
