Today I attempted to download Free File Viewer on my PC as a program I needed required this. Despite Free FileViewer already being downloaded on my PC, I was asked for a 'donation' to enable such free downloads. Cleverbridge already had keyed in approx $18.00, which I changed to just over $6 and gave my Visa details. I received an invoice/receipt and advised I would receive a confirmatory email. No such email arrived today. Having had a similar experience with Cleverbridge another time, I request a refund of AUD$7.00, or whatever they have taken from my account. Meanwhile I will attempt to uninstall the program and contact my bank in an effort to stop payment.
