I have several unauthorized charges that total up to 400.00. I dont have a bank account but A Pre-paid visa card Green dot and I am not able to dispute Green dot. I have been advised to contact the company where these charges are from. I dont have refund protection and Target seems to only be interested in red card customers and then we are to contact our bank. I dont have a bank attached to this card. How do I resolve all this mess?
