In 2008 I was duped into buying a timeshare with the promise of an indoor waterpark that was to open in 2010. It was to be twice the size of the one at great wolf lodge. I also found out that unlike my other timeshares where I only paid maintenance fees and taxes for the year I owned (I bought zn every other year option), here I jad to pay the fees every year. I pay more gees at this resort than any other when size and number of rooms a taken into account. My compliants have remained unanswered and now oranhe lake jas taken over ( the third owner) and claims that the resort was not maintained and is demanding additional money above the regular fees. It appears crooked to me. I just want out of the timeshare which I have never used and a return of all monies paid.
