Purchased a Dell Alienware m18 laptop from them after many many emails with reassurances they were legitimate for $524.80 plus $10 insurance plus $75 overnight delivery that didn't happen via western union.Should have been sent DHL OVERNIGHT but went China Post.Left over a week after payment on 15/12/2013 tracking # RA640780270CN which I found out this morning from Australia post is an international letter not parcel which I never received anyway .All correspondence from supposedly a Susie Tan,checked online about bywick.com 69% safe and absolutely no complaints as I've seen regarding other companies from China so thought them trustworthy.Obviously not! DNS: f1g1ns1.dnspod.net, f1g1ns2.dnspod.net, I actually wanted the Alienware M18 X r2 but they didn't have this model only the M18 which was the latest so I ordered this one,I thought if it were a scam they would have said they have the one I originally wanted.Hope you can help.

- Hi mate, did eventually you received your laptop from bywick.com as for about a month susie tan was sending me messages via email to complete transactions because I was interested to byy iphone 5 from them but I was suspicious about this prices and when I've checked their website it was safe but now I found your comment about them,could you tell me more did your staff came from them. Thanks
