Youramericanfunding called my house, and told me that they have a book for $4.95 to help me to get goverment funds to help me to get out of debt. I, was desperate, so I agreed to pay the $4.95. They took $5.00 out of my checking account on Oct. 11, 2011.

Everyday they would call me and hang up the phone or refuse to talk to my wife. I would return their call and ask them not to call anymore, but they continue to call. Some days they will call 3 times a day. They would call from 773-570-5437.

On 10/21/11 they tried to deduct $49.95 out of my checking account. I, had to wait till Monday 10/24/11 to call my bank to stop the transaction. The bank recommended that I cancel my debit card and get a new debit card. It will take 7 business days to get a new one.

10/25/11 at 10:55am YourAmerican called me up claiming that they want to help me and want my new banking information. I, did not give it to them.

This has caused a lot of problems and hope you can help.

Thank You.
