I signed up for a 60 day free trial offer and discovered once viewing the product that it wasn't for me. I was instructed to put a cancel request in with customer support in which I have done several times with no response. It also mentions that you'll receive a response within 4 to 12 hours and I have yet to hear anything the account is still open and my money has not been refunded!
