My daughter found the website www.sunretro.com on google. We ordered sneakers but tried to cancel the order the same day. There was no phone number only an email address listed and no way to cancel the order. We have tried emailing them numerous times but have not received a reply back. After researching the company, we realized it was a shell which went by different names. We also discovered that this company shows to be out of Santa Clara, San Francisco California but also out of Seoul, South Korea but no addresses. This company has also scammed other folks and cleaned out accounts as well per complaints I have read online. Since this occurred, we are out $129.00 which was promptly charged and have not received a resolution or a reply either. So at this point I have contacted my financial institution and closed my account to deter any further charges. All I would like is a refund.
