I ordered Dr. Dre Solo headphones from this company on 12-12-13 and was charged on 12-13-13 and notified that they were shipped. I have not received my merchandise. I have called three times and the mailbox is full-can't leave a message. I have sent numerous emails and have received no reply. I am very frustrated and out a considerable sum. These were my granddaughter's Christmas present.
