While I was in the middle of a search on BYU-Idaho's web page, this survey popped up asking questions about the internet coverage and how often I did business over the internet. I quickly answered the three questions, thinking it was from the university. Then I get this add which says I can have one of three products for filling out the survey. I chose the Garcinia Max product where I get one month of product offered for free, but I pay the $5.95 shipping. I paid the shipping with my credit card. Then the process took a twisted turn. . .my order changed to three months added to my cart, and no where to change the order. When I tried to cancel the order, my free order for one month was canceled, but the option for the three month's produce remained on my bill and I was billed for the three months.
I refused the product when it came on Nov. 26, 2013, and returned it unopened. I haven't seen a refund in my account even though they sent me an email saying they received it. Nowhere in their information is a return address or a way to contact them. . all emails are "no reply" contacts.
