I signed up for what I thought was a free test of their services. They immediately took my money, then refused to give it back in a timely manner. It is now Dec. 23rd and they keep telling me they are reporting it to the billing department and what was supposed to be 7-10 working days is now 18. I'm vet on SS and need the money to buy food, I don't get SS till the first.
