When my dtr was flying home from her destination they said there would be a $50.00 charge for her extra bagage which I authorized at the time. When I received their statement serveral weeks later, on the statement explaining the charge, an extra $100.00 for a pre-paid service charge was added. This extra charge was never explained and was never authorized by me. All I was told at the time of my dtrs. departure it would be $50.00. I cannot understand the extra charge is doubled the amount of the bagage. I think this is an scam and should be reported. Please help to get the refund, I called the airport to complain but they said they cannot do anything.
