Ordered a bed set and was told it would deliver in 3 weeks.
Its week 6 now, still do not have an ETA on when the bed will be delivered.
Have been in touch with their customer rep, unable to get any traction on this... they keep telling me that it will arrive in a day or two for the last 2-3 weeks.
If i ask them about cancelling the order, they threaten me about 25% restocking fee and other charges for no fault of mine. I am not sure how to get this resolved and more importantly, prevent other consumers like me from falling a trap into such fraud firms!!!
