I HAD TECH SUPPORT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ALMOST A YEAR WHEN I ASKED TO BUY ANOTHER YEAR SO I WOULDN'T LOOSE TECH SUPPORT OR LAPSE BEHIND! THE TECH CHAGED ME $169.99 AND I ALSO BOUGHT TECH SUPPORT FOR MY GIRLFRIEND WHICH I WAS CHARGED THE SAME $169.99, TOTAL WAS $339.98 TO MY DEBIT CARD! I HAVE AN AUDIT TRAIL PRINTED BUT THAT WAS ALL THEY SENT ME THEN THEY ONLY STAYED IN BUSINESS FOR ANOTHER 3 WEEKS OR SO AND THEN DISCONNECTED ANY FORM OF CONTACTING THEM!
