Received a couple of phone calls from 661-451-2085 and left messages stating I needed to contact them immediately regarding an important business matter. I did not return the call; however later when they called me a 5th time, I answered and was told that I was being sued because I borrowed money from American Cash and did not repay. I asked for the date of the loan and date they tried to take out of my account because I know that I had not borrowed this money. I ended up talking to 3 different people all stating the same thing "I owed the money and since I could settle it with them tonight then I will be arrested at my job on Monday, Dec 23 and not go in front of a judge until Friday, Dec 27. In which I will be spending Christmas in jail and when I went in front of the judge I would be found guilty and would have to pay over $9000." I repeatedly tried to get information from them regarding the loan and they kept repeating the same thing. Finally the 3rd guy told me that he was forwarding the papers to my local police, I asked which police department so I could tell my attorney, he hung up on me. MMMM, yeah, definitely a SCAM.
