I signed up to a horoscope called "noraguide" reading and thought it was a one off. The money was taken out of my account monthly. I unsubscribe to the company but they still carried on taking the money on a monthly basis. I unsubscribed again but still no response. I wrote to them to inform them of the situation but no reply. I cancelled the payment through my bank but because it is a credit card permission payment they can request the money as agreed when ticking the agreed box for terms and conditions.
The money I have lost does not include the initial payment.
