- The above posting is a fraud. I have been leasing property to Mr. Kirk A. Smith and have been for the past year. He has no criminal record, pays on time and doesn't create any problems. He also showed me his rental receipts from his previous residence prior to entering into a lease agreement with me and they're all dated on time, not late and signed by a Ms. Kim Sager. It appears a certain someone is trying to discredit Mr. Smith's reputation. The above posting is a rather crude and dishonest smear attempt and fraudulent due to the fact that the information entered above as the date of occurance was just a few weeks ago. I asked Mr. Smith if it would be ok for me to forward the above entry to local law enforcement and he gladly gave me the go ahead. Take the above posting with a grain of salt. -Robert
