I called HumanaOne Dental at 1-866-945-4456 and was transferred to a Promotional Dept stating I qualified for a $100 Walmart Gift Card but I first needed to give them my Credit Card info for a 1-time charge of $4.95. Upon further questioning, I was able to retrieve the Company name and Location (probably a fake address) and googled another complaint filed on this site last month while the Rep was still on the phone. When I mentioned his company was reported as a Scam, he terminated the call. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did notify Humana that this company usurped their toll-free number.
