I made a call from Toronto Airport to Calgary for 5 minutes on 4-Dec-2013 using my Credit Card and I charged 18.01 Dollars from my card. I called the tool free number and after arguing with the agent the give me 50% discount for this call. Still Paying 9.00 dollars for one small call with in country is not fair. On the pay phone it says $1 for the call. Now agent is saying there are different rates using the credit Card. Company should place the rate chart on the pay phones to clear with the users. Government should take a strong actions against these type of companies and should cancel the licence for these type of companies. NEVER USE CREDIT CARD TO MAKE A CALL FROM TORONTO AIRPORT.
