Unsolicited loan for $6,000.00. Documents included "Consumer Loan Agreement","Promissory Note", both signed by a Annabelle Murray / CEO and an "Optional Insurance Coverage" document ($1,500.00). The "Consumer Loan Agreement" required a collateral payment equal to (3) months payments ($580.80) to be paid up front. The starting next monthly payment wasn't due until 3/1/2014. They stated that this had to be sent by Moneygram to the Investor/Lender in Ontario, Canada. The loan funds would be transferred in 4 - 6 hours.It didn't happen! I called and they said that 50% of "Insurance Coverage was required ($750.00) . They stated that this had to be sent by Moneygram to the Investor/Lender in Ontario, Canada. I called and they said that I had to pay a conversion fee (US to Canadian dollars) of $1,300.00 which said no way. They said do you want a full refund, I said yes. I asked how long. I was told (10) to (30) days, I call back again and was told by a Mitchell Chalmers that it would be by the first week in December.I called back again and talked to a customer service representative and was told it would be exactly on 12/13/2013. I called Mr. Chalmers last Thursday and was told that I had to pay a $400.00 cancellation fee to get my money back. I filed a complaint with the FBI on 12/16/2013.
