So getting married trying to stick with a budget figured why spend so much money on a dress that's only going to be worn for a few hours. Looked at dresses for days and days before falling in love. Ordered it needing it in 6 weeks for photos First order was canceled by company since seller didn't send it out in allocated time. Should have ran with my money then. Reordered the dress since the seller said it was finished and I needed it now in 3 weeks. Dress was sent out not the next day but a week later received it only to discover that it was the wrong color. Ordered ivory kept stressing ivory to the seller though-out the whole ordering process. But this was white took photos of the dress next to my ivory shoes ivory gloves and ivory veil sent to the seller as well as the dispute selection on dhgate. Seller first says no it was made in ivory then the photos come then she says oh well theirs 3 different variations of ivory you didn't specify. Look at the selection on their color wheel and their is no variations of ivory just another excuse. At this time now I need a wedding dress in less then 2 weeks for photos so go out and buy one. Trying to get a refund from this company will leave you stressed and in a tailspin. Long story short send the dress back since that's part of the sellers return policy and they claim we never got the dress even with photos and proof shown that the dress was sent back to the correct address and that it arrived a week after being sent out. Seller doesn't write back dh gate now not responding been going on for now for 5 months. So I'm supposed to walk away from two 30 dollar charges that my bank charges for overseas transactions the cost of the dress and the cost of shipping the dress back This company is a joke! Now I'm going though my bank opening up a dispute claim for the charge. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY RUN RUN RUN WITH YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ANYWHERE ELSE!!
