I signed up for their scan. They found a bunch of temporary internet files, and a few misc errors. I entered my credit card to sign up for the $19.99 clean-up program. I was then given a number for a high pressure sales person who ran the system diagnostic program, and said I needed a $199 technician, but there was a sale right now for only $99. I said no, I would rather buy a new computer. After trying hard to sell me on the $99 additional cost, she sent an email with an access code (that was not needed).
I ran the program, it annouced that the problems were solved. I ran it again, and it found 14 new problems. I ran it again, and it found 23 problems. It is not fixing anything, and the machine does not run any faster.
