RECIVED A LETTER THAT WAS DELIVERED TO AN ADDRESS I HAD NEVER USED BEFORE, STATING I OWED A DEBT TO GOLD'S GYM IN MODESTO, WHICH I NEVER WAS A MEMBER TO, DEMANDING ME TO PAY $250.00 OR CHARGES WOULD BE PRESSED AGAINST ME. WHEN I CALLED TO DISPUTE THIS CLAIM THEY REQUESTED MY PHONE NUMBER AND CURRENT ADDRESS BEFORE ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE GIVE TO ME ABOUT THIS ALLEGED BILL. NOW I AM RECEIVING CONSTENT CALLS AND THREATING LETTERS. WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS.
