I place two orders with thredup, one Dec 1st and one Dec 2nd. I had never bought anything on this site before. It took almost two weeks to get the items, I just got them today the 13th. The first order was a t-shirt and a dress. The dress was supposed to be a size large, woman's dress. What I got was a child's size large dress! It wasn't even the brand listed, it was the Jr line of the same brand, which was ON THE TAG and not disclosed!! How ridiculous!! The second order was 2 pairs of pants and a dress. One pair of pants was listed as having a tiny flaw. I couldn't see any flaw in the picture. This is a pair of light green linen pants. I take them out of the shipping envelope and they have brown stains all down one leg, from the waistband to the knee. It looks like someone spilled coffee or something down them. Totally unwearable, and not in the photo!! What a joke!! The t-shirt from the 1st order was correct, but you can see wear and piling on it. The second pair of pants and second dress were fine as far as I can tell. Won't be shopping here again. For the money I am out on 2 items that I cannot use, I could have just shopped elsewhere.
