A total rip off.You think to get a 14 days free trial cream, you pay your own shipping so they have your credit card in file and then you find out in a very small print on a tiny piece of paper that comes with the product that if you don't want to pay $35 for the cream( originally $70) you have to send back at least half of it within 14 days.Of course first thing they hope you don't notice and you pass the 14 days, in fact my 14 days were expiring 2 days after I got it. I called and they gave me a week extension.So finally I took a trip at the post office stayed in line and sent the cream in the box back at my expense. It was a little less than half, and they sent an email they got it and they were charging me $15 because it was less than half So now I spent $ 22 total plus the time of aggravating phone calls where they claimed it was almost empty, and time to to the post office for just about half of a container of a cream that is not any good, thinking when I ordered, in first place, that may be I had to cancel following shipments but not half of my trial had to be returned.What a sick way to rip people off, thought out to the last details.Do not buy this cream or any other product, keep away from LabGinex, it is a high tech scam.And to note that this is the first time I ever write a complaint about a company.
