I went online and found this site and it look very official so I order Windows 7 Home Premium at 105.99 and Office 2011 Professional Plus at 109.99 and i got a message back that it was available to down load. I downloaded the software one was an ISO File the other was a zip file. I also Received a note from viigoo.com. I then sent a note to [email protected] and got a very cryptic answer that I was to check my E-mail and make shure it was not in the spam file and it was not there. I then had an emergency with my father which lasted until he passed and I just tried to install the software and it would not work so I am now finding that this is a scam and not a site anyone should use. I guess I am out the Money and I have no recourse to get it back

This is why people do not trust the world wide web and I will never order again from it what a joke it has become and I will never trust it again.

I am retired and can not afford to loose money this way being on a fixed income

If this has happened to you I hope you will tell everyone you can to not trust the internet to order anything unless you are sure the site is a good one and do not trust the signs that the site is genuine as they all use the signs at the bottom of the pages.
