Last week I noticed a charge of $19.95 charged to my account via my debit card. I called my bank re:the unauthorized charge and they told me tge charge was made by family safe life. I would have to wait until the cgarge was hard posted to my account the next day before tge bank could investigate. Oddly the next day the charge mysteriously disappeared. Now 4 days later the charge has appeared again causing my account to go in the hole for which I was charged a $35 NSF.! I have had to cancel my debit card and am now having to wait on a new one here at CHRISTMAS TIME!!!!! Shame on them!! I am currently having my banks fraud department check this out! Thank you for this site and shining a light on a confusing situation!!!
