2011 I had just been released from hospital for 3 months, they called me and persuaded me that my mortgage was falsely done and told me that they can get my house back for free. It would cost me 4K for them to get all the documents prepared and submit it to the court. I paid partially until I completed all the payments through my personal account which I can verify. At first it I was dealing with Britney then they said she left company, So I dealt with Brian, which is suppose to be the Owner/Manager. I called and called they start changing their phone numbers and I could not get in touch with anyone. So I called Brittney old number and left a message telling her I will start legal procedures to get thing corrected. Then Brian called me, Which referred me to James to finalize my complaint documents to the mortgage company. then Brian said that they cannot submit documents to court that I would have to get a Lawry to continue the process they started. I will peruse every avenue to get my funds back and have these people held accountable for the wrong doing they due to other people and myself.

- Hi Derrick you and any one may call me Liz (765)367-4270 I was scammed out of $7372 from the same company but I find out they change there company name many times and have been scamming for years under Global Equity, peach tree, Rivera Document Processing. And Brian Richer is in the scam book under Brian Lozito is his real name google his name and mortgage for more feel free to call me I have a new sale date on my home my 91yr sickly mom,29yr sickly son & myself is about to be homeless. I paid my very last to higher mra group to help me save my home for my love ones and looking for a good lawyer they need to be held accountable for the wrong doing they have done to me and others
