I ordered a handbag on November 4th,2013 using my husbands credit card. The funds were immediately withdrawn, but I never received any type of order confirmation via email. I went back to the site and obtained an order number 1022713835346554966. The site says products all ship within a week and I have not received anything over a month later. I would like a full refund at this point.
