I called their company on Dec. 4, 2013 to dispute a claim. They said they would cancel the charges, instead they processed the payment anyway. On Dec. 8, 2013 the charge was paid by my bank. I again called Segpay.com and asked them why they charged me for something I obviously didn't want and again their agent, Valerie, said they would not charge me. Instead they just sent a cancellation notice and obviously have no intention of keeping their word. This company is a scam and should be avoided.
