I bought this policy many years ago and when I bought it the agent told me that it was a survival policy, that in time I can get money back. For that reason I have not cancelled the policy. When I moved I misplaced the policy documents and tried to get a new policy but since it has been some time I do not have any information from my old policy, I have tried to get the phone number but is almost impossible to talk to a person. I have not cancelled due to the fact that I do not want to lose all the benefits I have paid for. Does anyone have a direct number I can call. Maybe is worth that we come together and take this into legal action.
