Starr Law Group in Pompano Beach, Florida charged me up front fees to help me with a laon modifcation with my banker. They took my money, told me not to make anymore payments to my lender because I had to be behind on my mortgage to get a modification, so I stopped making for 3 months payments, and big mistake. I sent Starr Law Group everything they asked for such as check stubbs and everything else they needed. They claimed my imcome was insuffient for a loan modification which was not true becasue I was always made my payments on time.I was told by Starr Law Group they would stay in contact with me about every two weeks and let me know how things were going.and don't speak to anyone about this on going process. Once they collected allof the money. They told me i I didn't quilify for a loan modification.Starr Law Group does not practice fair business procedures. Thewy instead of calling,they send email and claim the called you. After taking my money they claimed they would workout a repayment plan to my bank but not returning my money. I would never trust Starr Law Group with anything. Starr Law Group should be investigated for their shady practices.
