I paid $200 for a 12-month contract to fix computer problems. I called them 3 times and the technicians in India were able to resolve the computer problems I reported. I was satisfied with their services. My contract will expire in 2 weeks. Recently, I found out that their toll free phone # 1-888-307-0877 (busy tone) and 1-855-307-0877 (foreign language and then disconnected)no longer work. I called their billing dept at 1-855-432-0727. This is a billing service for PC Care Experts. I asked them if PC Care Experts is still doing business. I was told that the 2 toll free # no longer work and the only way to reach them is go to their website: PCCareExperts.com to submit my request. I submitted my computer problem online at their website which indicates that someone will contact me in 2 hours. However, I received no phone call or return e-mail. I doubt PC Care Experts still exists.
