I had seen an offer on the internet that offered a free sample if I paid for postal shipping; About 5 or 6 dollars. The form required a credit card number to cover shipping. My credit card statement is online so I don't check it unless there is a balance problem. This allowed these scammers to ship me three orders before discovering that I was being charged for orders I hadn't asked for. This negative marketing scheme is illegal where I live but the scammers are operating outside the area. These people really need to be drawn and quartered!!!!!
