I ordered 2 bags off of this replica site. With a guarantee on the product and 'simple straight forward returns' policy, i figured, why not give it a whirl. When my bags got here, they were the wrong bags. Unusable. 16 emails later, they still refuse to give me a return address,but oh sooo kindly apologized for the bags being wrong, and refuse to let me return them. I have had to initiate a dispute.
