I ordered this product, the free sample I thought, I was then sent 4 bottles & 150 was taken from my visa. I called to complain since I had canceled within the time limit. They told me to return product for refund, I know they received it from tracking it. They told me 14 business days for a refund, it has been 2 months & ever time I call they give me a different story, last time I was told I'm not on the list even though previously I had been told I would be reviewing a refund & I was told management would call me back in 24 to 48 hours, which they did not. So now I'm also out the money for shipping back a product I never ordered. I definitely would file charges against them, if I knew how to.
