I have sent over30 emails to Western union, fraud branch, online enquiries, advocate service. The complaints are in reference to supplying the information to authorities in USA,in regards to the scamming network that is world wide.
15 of the emails are not even opened(email tracking),the only reply I get is, the case solved.
I have reported to Office fair Trading ,Australia as an international company, trading as Western union, Australia, they are unable to get any response either.
Western Union became suspicious of the scam and at the 2yr mark stopped transfers, when I enquired they would not answer my questions.
All I asked is dialogue to be opened to ascertain that they pass on fraud info to authorities, but no dice.
The info would lead to the discovery of perpetrators, but Western union's Duty of care is basically complacency with online fraud
Update: 12/02/2013
The attached page is only 1 of 3 full pages of transfers done online, then another over counter 35 more
Update: 12/03/2013
WHATS THE POINT OF FOLLOW UP WHEN ONLY 250 CHARACTERS LONG,HEALTH WARNING ON SMOKE PACKET LONGER THAN THAT.
