i was using my cell phone and i check my email and it take me to hotcloseouts2013.com website and i sign up because it said it free and it like ebay and it ask for my billing info so i enter it and i thought it charge 99 to open account.

- Call 877 924 3390 be strong they will offer you anything tell them notthing will be ok just a refund.

- That phone is a scam too go to zbiddy.com click on live chat be prepared to wait, just be diligent tell them no matter what they offer nothing but a refund will do. If that doesn't work call your credit card dispute the charge.
