FlipKey preventing accessing to account - Subs $299.00 paid

Please advise how I progress this problem. FlipKey are ignoring my support requests. On the 19th. Nov. I made FlipKey aware that their security questions to verify my ID are preventing my accessing ansd servicing my account. I have never selected the answers to these security questions. I have requested that FlipKey remove the questions or enable me to select new question to which I can select/approve answers. I am losing business and credibility with potential clients by not being able to respond through the FlipKey site to their enquiries or to update my calendar. I have paid $299.99 to FlipKey to advertise through their TripAdvisor site. Greg from FK responded on the 26th but did not resolve the issue and did not maintain contact to monitor resolution - he requested my account details which were provided and since then there remains no contact and no access to my accouint/advert. I have sought details of a complaints procedure but was unable to find anything. I have requested a refund of the fee paid but again have not received any response. Clearly both FlipKey and TripAdvisor appear to be acting with impunity in this and other customer concerns (and from reviewing this and other blogs/forums - such behaviour appears to be the culture of the organisation).

Please advise how I progress this issue.
