I placed an order on 10/9/11 when they billed my card it was for more than it had originally stated. I finally received my shipment on 10/20/11 and the package included an additional item that I had not ordered. I emailed the company to ensure that the original charges were correct. Instead of a response they charged my debit card an additional $199.95. I have been trying to reach someone and have yet to receive any response......again.
