I ordered free sample and paid shipping & handling. Before I knew it my checking account was deducted $34.98. This caused another check to bounce and my Bank then charged me $30 for insufficient funds. Meanwhile, I made several calls, cancelling and requesting my $34.98 deposited back into my account. New shipment I forwarded back to them. I received a call over a week ago stating my money was approved and is being re-deposited. 6 calls later, still no refund. I am so angry. This is a SCAM COMPANY.
