I signed up for the 49.95 program and then the next screen automatically jumps to take you to the next screen that charges you for the next 195. When I sent the email to tell Chronic Profits that I wanted the lower price that the screen had jumped to, of course no one would ever answer me. The program was all half price. 29.95 and 97.50. but do you think that anyone would ever call or email? No. So I tried to cancel. finally after over a week, I get this email to tell me to call them and that is the only way to cancel. I call and Bonny tells me to send back the CD. Hell my computer is a brand new one and does not use CD's. I had to school her on this subject and she tried to treat me like I was stupid. Long story short. I finally get my refund minus a 15% restocking fee. What the hell? there was never anything mentioned when you sign up about a restocking fee because they don't tell you they are sending a CD. Plus they don't give you the info on the sign up page. I just watched it again to make sure! Chronic-profits.com Is a scam!!!
