I was provided the option of doing an online survey and agreed after which it was indicated that as a reward I could pick one of three products free and I only had to pay the postage and handling fee of $ 2.95. However even though they sent me a receipt of $ 2.95 , they charged my card for $ 173.96 which I never agree to.
