When looking on Trulia.com for homes for Rent In Shafter, CA I came acrosst a few homes listed for rent. I had called the phone # listed for these properties which guided me to New house hunters representative. The representative I spoke to informed me of their company and how they worked.

She stated that I had to be registered through their company & become a member to be helped in getting into a rental. The cost was $40. After so many questions, she failed to answer or explain that I had to be the one to get ahold of the owners & set up a walk through with them. she failed to explain that I would need to pay $40/per month if not in a house right away or ready to move in. When I called her back she stated that the $40 would be withdrawn from my card automatically without my consent from my card.

I continuously try to contact someone to cancel but no luck in speaking to someone.

This is so sad that a company like this would rip people off knowing their situations.
