I purchased my service contract with refund on 4/2009, when we went over the mileage of the service contract I went to check out the details of getting a refund, even though the contract was expired due to mileage I wouldn't get a refund until the 7 years were up, but I thought I would try to contact the company to make sure that was the case. The number is definitely not for the company anymore. So I started looking around on the internet to find that the company had gone under. Feel scammed by the dealership, who has also changed hands and will likely not take ownership in the issue.
