In the morning I was able to get my email, then suddenly in the evening it asked for my email and Password. I have NEVER had to use my Password for this. I tried every password that I could think of but it just will not accept. In the end I got on to ErrorEnd and I was told I need to have this software. I paid by my MasterCard and the software was SUPPOSED to be loaded. They did NOT give me an ACTIVATION NUMBER and I cannot get on to it. Every time I try, they ask me to register again and pay them. This is certainly a scam and upto now I cannot get access to my email or SEND THEM OUT. What am I to do? Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Where is this company based? We should report it to the government of that country.
