Hi my name is (Personal Information Removed), on November 8, 2013 a man name Bob Green from Priority Payday Loan called me and said I was approved for a loan in the amount of $3000 and I need to send $140.00 to receive the loan for insurance. He said I have to buy a money pack the cost $4.96 and load $140 and the call him back once I loaded the money and give him the voucher number on the back. Once I have him the voucher number he said I'm gonna give you a loan number and call the loan department and give them the loan number and you will receive your loan amount for $3000. I called and gave the loan number and then I spoke with a man name Shawn and he told me there was a problem transferring the funds I ask what was the problem and he said you have to send another $180.00 I said for what I was told by Bob Green that I only had to pay $140 he said you have to pay the processing fee of $180. So I purchase another money pack and loaded $180 and call back with the voucher number. This time I spoke with a man name Robin Foster and he said I had to pay another $299 because $3000 was a lot of money so I had to pay the taxes. For the third time I paid the $299 called back with the voucher number then I was told the three payments I sent should have been one payment of $619 and then asked me to send one payment of $619 and I will receive the requested loan amount plus all the money I sent. I said I'm not sending your organization no more money so please send me all money back. Now I was told by Robin Foster do I want him to cancel my application I said yes he said you would have to pay a cancelation fee of $199. I said I am not paying a cancelation fee cuz I did not receive any money from your company and I already sent your organization everything I had and I have a family I got to take care of. Robin said well if you don't want to pay the cancelation fee then I would have to wait seven working days and I will receive all my money I sent his company. The seven working days expired November 21, 2013. I have called this company every day to find out the status of my refund and all I am being told is am I ready to pay the cancelation fee which every time I speak with Robin, Shawn or Bob the cancelation fee went from $199 to $299, $99 or $499 or they hang the phone up on me. I am very angry that this company took my money and most likely their are others that have been scammed. They keep telling me that their organization is not a scam business but what company conduct business in this manner and if they are not a scam why they continue to treat me like I am doing a scam when they took my money. I will not be satisfy until I get all my money back. I want people to be aware of the scam from this company so if anyone get a call from this phone number 1-951-821-5736 do not send them any money cause it is a scam.
